The one
very important item
Ferrari left out of its designs was a cup holder. Ferrari purist or
not, shifting while holding a cup, can, or
bottle makes for a very dangerous situation as well as for messed up
pants! However, we do
have the ultimate solution to this dilemma, and it is
applicable to all
Ferrari models that use the square ash tray. It should even fit in the
rear seat area of the Ferrari 456 model!
We have a very sturdy plastic cup holder that replaces the center
console ashtray on the 360 and 430 Ferrari models as well as on the 550 and 575 Ferrari models.
To install our Ferrari cup holder one needs to simply remove the
plastic inner ashtray and cigarette lighter,
unscrew its mounting screw on the right side, lift
out the assembly, pull the plugs on the light and the cigarette
lighter, drop the connector down into the console opening over towards
the driver's side, insert the cup holder, adjust slightly for best
placement and fit, and reuse the
factory screw. Voila! You now have a cupholder, and it works great! No
self-respecting Ferrari owner should be without one! Order

If you do need the cigarette lighter for phone power, etc,
you can have the plug relocated.
You can also relocate the flags from the ashtray cover to the silver
cover that is over the bonnet and gas flap switches. Simply remove
that switch cover, measure the distance to the centers of the flag
mounting screws to your desired location, mark the location on the
switch cover, and then drill two holes with a 1/8" drill. The flags are
held on with two small metric nuts. Transfer the flags to the
now-drilled cover,
carefully tighten the two small OEM nuts, and then replace the switch
cover. It looks great, and it's original.
