Buyer expressly acknowledges that by purchasing from Seller Buyer is submitting to the jurisdiction of the State of California for all transactions with Seller and that the laws of the State of California are governing as to all transactions. Should a dispute arise between Seller and Buyer that cannot be settled by the parties then the Courts of the State of California shall govern.

SALES:

All sales are FINAL. Buyer must be aware of what Buyer is purchasing

RETURNS:

Buyer expressly understands that Seller does not accept returns of any items purchased by Buyer. Buyer must be certain of what Buyer is purchasing.

In the event Buyer returns an item to Seller without Return Authorization from Seller Buyer's item will be returned to Buyer marked as "RTS- Unauthorized Return" at Buyer's expense and with no liability of Seller.

Should Buyer encounter an issue with an item purchased from Seller then Buyer must in writing, by e-mail, or by regular post advise Seller of Buyer's issue.

Seller will make a determination as to whether Seller can assist Buyer.

PAYMENT:

Paypal is not accepted due to their high fees and high costs!

Payment is accepted by means of debit cards and by credit cards.

A payment link will be send from Square.com, and that can be paid by the cards mentioned.

FOB SHIPPING POINT:

All items are shipped FOB San Ramon, CA unless Seller decides upon a different point of dispatch. This means that Seller will deliver purchased items to the respective carrier, and upon delivery to that carrier the Risk Of Loss then passes immediately to the Buyer.

This means that once the goods are in the hands of the carrier the Buyer accepts full liability for their carriage and delivery.

If a Buyer desires insurance Buyer must advise Seller at the time of sale and Seller will charge Buyer the additional appropriate amount for requested insurance.
