You can order any items by phone, fax, or e-mail. Our
on-line order process will be offered in the near future.
For all orders, we will need you to provide us a full
name and shipping address as well
as a good day time phone number.
For carpet orders we need all information on your vehicle as well as
the specific instructions as to carpet color, embroidery or sculpture
and
color, binding color, etc.
This information must be provided to us on a form that the Buyer
will need to complete,
sign, and return to us prior to the order being placed. This form is on
the respective carpet page immediately available for download.
We will need your credit card number, expiration date, and the
three (3) or four (4) digit security code depending on the card type.
You must advise if the credit card billing address zip code is
different from
the shipping address.
We do accept most major credit cards, but we no
longer accept Discover
card. If you have a business purchase card, it may not work on our
system. It appears that those cards must be used either locally to the
subscriber or actually run through the credit card machine. We have
experienced difficulty recently with the cards being declined.
We do not charge your credit card until the carpets have arrived at
our facility and until we actually ship them to you. We inspect every
set that
comes in, and we want to make certain they are done correctly.Your
invoice and credit card
receipt will be included with the shipment.
Orders are generally shipped by Federal Express, and the day we
actually
ship the carpets we will advise you by e-mail of the FedEx tracking
number.
We can certainly use any designated carrier of preference, however.
